Requirements
Highly Qualified (HQ) status must be obtained within 3 months of hire date to continue employment. Proof of HQ status can be demonstrated by any one of the following:
- Completed at least 2 years of postsecondary study.
- Possess an associate degree or higher.
- Meet a rigorous standard of quality as demonstrated through a State or local assessment.
Schedule
Position works 182 days per year at 6.5 hours per day.
