Key Responsibilities
- Possess deep, hands-on media buying experience, ideally gained in an agency environment.
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of major advertising platforms and tools, including DV360, AI max, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and other leading paid media ecosystems.
- Able to independently manage campaign fundamentals, including: Keyword strategy and maintenance, Bid management and optimization, Conversion tracking and funnel monitoring, Creative coordination and agency handoffs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance to identify drivers of success and areas for improvement.
- Evaluate keyword effectiveness, bidding strategies, market-level opportunities, audience performance, and channel mix.
- Navigate advertising platforms directly to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Translate campaign findings into recommendations that influence go-to-market strategies, onboarding experiences, customer acquisition programs, and product roadmap decisions.
- Fill analytical gaps left by agency partners by providing deeper performance insights and optimization recommendations.
- Leverage data to understand customer journeys and develop recommendations that improve conversion efficiency and ROI.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a leading technology company or high-growth digital organization is preferred.
- Alternatively, candidates with strong agency-side media buying experience and a proven track record of optimization and analytical excellence will be considered.
- Experience working with high-scale, data-driven performance marketing programs.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
