Media Buyer

About the role

You'll own 10 client accounts from strategy to launch to the numbers you report every week. You'll learn directly from our CEO, and once training is complete you'll run your entire book fully autonomously. You will be pushed harder than you expect. You'll be held to a standard most people call unreasonable, and the right person reads that sentence and gets excited. We're a team of A-players, and that's the only reason we deliver what we deliver.

Requirements

We hire on character before credentials, because skill can be trained and character can't.

• Extreme ownership. When an account dips, you already know why and what you're changing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year running paid media (Meta).
• Minimum $10k per month in lead-gen spend managed (Meta).
• Experience in home services, home improvement, or contractor lead gen is a strong plus, though not a requirement.

Pay

$1,500 to $4,000 per month + OTE

Remote. 1099 contractor. Timezone: 9am-5pm Central Standard Time.
