About the role

Vacataire position (1 afternoon per month per antenna) within the development of the MDA 13Nord. Under the administrative and organizational authority of the director of the MDA, in collaboration with them, the general practitioner participates in the medical activity of the MDA. They contribute to the coherence and continuity of the care pathways for adolescents and provide medical consultations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of medical care for adolescents; conduct consultations, health assessments, and participate in their orientation to other medical specialties or appropriate structures; organize hospitalizations if necessary.
• Participate bi-monthly in multidisciplinary clinical meetings.
• Support salaried professionals and interveners in the reception and support process.
• Assess needs and orient toward health/socio-educational services while disseminating medical information in the best interest of adolescents and ensuring compliance with medical confidentiality and ethics.
• Provide regular reporting and evaluation of medical activity to the director to identify strategic axes for activity development.
• Collaborate with institutional partners and local networks.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings at the director’s request.

Requirements

• Medical degree (Docteur en médecine).
• Knowledge of adolescent health is a plus.

Qualifications

• Training in somatic and/or holistic medicine.
• Good knowledge of medical, psychological, and social issues related to adolescence, as well as local networks and actors in this field.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and pedagogical skills with young people and families.
• Proficiency with IT tools.
• Ability to formalize and transmit professional knowledge.
• Listening skills, ability to clarify requests, and respond to emergencies.
• Sense of responsibility, flexibility, adaptability, autonomy, availability, and accessibility.

Schedule

• 1 afternoon per month per antenna.
• Punctual travel across the entire MDA 13Nord territory.

Pay

Grid salary convention 66.
