Med Tech - PART Time NOC

About the role

Join our team as a Noc shift Med Tech/Caregiver (10P-6A) at Everbloom Memory Care and play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors every day by assisting with daily activities, creating meaningful connections, and fostering a warm and supportive environment. This is an onsite position, Thursday–Saturday night shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities.
• Ensure residents’ safety and well-being at all times.
• Observe and document any changes in residents’ health or behavior.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and families.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
• Follow care plans accurately and document observations diligently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
• Fluency in English for clear communication with residents and team members.
• Detail-oriented, compassionate, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy in interactions with residents.
