Responsible for providing technical support to healthcare professionals using medical equipment and devices. Assist in troubleshooting issues and ensuring patient safety.

• Provide technical support to healthcare professionals using medical equipment and devices.

• Document all interactions and issues encountered during support sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., biomedical engineering, healthcare technology).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and equipment operation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Experience with medical device manufacturers' software and systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
