About the role

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene.
• Communicate with healthcare staff and department personnel regarding residents’ conditions; maintain written records and documentation.
• Maintain communication with residents, their families, and support personnel to ensure residents’ needs are continually met.
• Assist residents with the administration of medications according to company protocol and state regulations.
• Maintain records (MARs/TARs) for medicines ordered, received, and administered.

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and kind with a heart for working with senior adults.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Good organizational abilities, communication skills, independence, energy, creativity, and a pleasant approach.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
