About the role
Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation specializes in 24-hour skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation. Our facility boasts state-of-the-art private recovery suites, with personal on-suite showers and bathrooms.
Responsibilities
- Perform medication administration services consistent with facility practices and regulatory requirements in an skilled nursing unit or facility.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered CO CNA License
- MUST HAVE MA (Medication Aide Authority) certification on your CNA license, not just QMAP
- Possess, as a minimum, a high school education or its equivalent.

Skills
