Responsibilities

• Aid with personal care and daily activities
• Take and record vital signs and other resident data
• Support admissions, transfers, and routine care
• Provide morning and evening care
• Absorb and assist with positioning, lifting, and ambulation
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety and infection control practices
• Engage residents and foster a positive environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication and charting skills
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality
