About the role
Touchmark at Fairway Village is seeking a Med Tech to join our team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available for day and swing shifts.
Responsibilities
- Review and understand the unique service plan for every assigned resident each shift
- Assist with bathing, dressing/undressing, and other activities of daily living
- Answer call lights promptly to ensure resident safety
- Escort residents to and from apartments, activities, and dining rooms
- In memory care settings, prepare the dining room, take orders, and serve meals
- Take and document vital statistics
- Perform medication assistance as directed by licensed staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed a state-certified CNA or NAC course with current Washington certification
- Home Care Aide certificate acceptable, or current enrollment in a CNA training school
- Nurse Delegation completed
- Experience as a caregiver and/or Med Tech
- Willingness to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification if not already held
- Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
Pay
Starting at $20/hr and up, depending on experience.
