Job Summary

Working out of our Community Based Care facility, the Med Tech is responsible for administering medications to our residents in our Memory Care Community according to established policies and procedures as directed by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services
• Administer medications as ordered and in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility policies and procedures
• Seek licensed staff assistance as needed
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Communicate both orally and in writing with staff, residents, family members, etc.
• Foster a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
• Other duties as assigned
