Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately and safely per physician orders
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns
- Auxiliary residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and care
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families
- Follow all Washington State regulations and community policies
Qualifications
- Required: Active Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC) or Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification
- Nurse Delegation certificates needed
- PREFERRED: Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
- PREFERRED: Medication administration experience
- PREFERRED: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- PREFERRED: Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset
