About The Role

Full Time
PM Shift 2:30pm to 11:00pm
Varying Schedule
The community works off a 4 days on 2 days off rotation.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Medications and Provide Personal Care: Follow physician’s orders and community guidelines for administering routine medications and providing assistance with ADL care as needed
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate medical records and report any reactions or medication refusals to the licensed nurse
  • Vital Sign Monitoring: Take resident vital signs and observe any responses or side effects
  • Shift Communication: Attend shift meetings and update nursing staff on resident conditions
  • Customer Satisfaction: Work collaboratively with a team to ensure the highest quality care and services are provided resulting in overall customer satisfaction
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all resident rights, state, and federal regulations, including infection control, fire safety, and hazardous materials guidelines

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Caregiver in a licensed community or facility
  • .C.N.A. License in states where required
  • Current Medication Technician or Aide Certification in states where required
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
  • Intermediate computer and mobile device skills
  • Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
  • C onsistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community

Qualifications
