Med Tech - 2nd Shift ---URGENTLY HIRING - Competitive Wages

Responsibilities

• Makes rounds to monitor the health and well-being of residents
• Provides assistance and administration of medications
• Communicates with resident support services and families
• Maintains clinical quality assurance
• Supports the Wellness Nurse with completing monthly wellness visits and PSP
• Informs the Wellness Director and/or Executive Director of any changes in medication or service levels
• Absorbs and documents changes in residents' clinical care needs
• Assists with obtaining weights and vital signs monthly for each resident
• Assists with resident care as needed

Requirements

• Certified Medication Aide and/or meets state requirements for medication aide
• At least one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferred
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing, preferred
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
