Med Surg RN FT Nights

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care and health management to ensure understanding and compliance.

Qualifications

• Current RN license, Nursing degree, and BLS certification are required.
• Preferred experience in medical-surgical nursing, with certifications like ACLS considered an asset.

Skills

• Strong clinical assessment, effective communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in documenting care, preferably with EHR systems.
