About the role
Seeking a compassionate RN to provide exceptional Med/Surg and EICU care in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating patient care
- Adapting to changing patient needs
- Delivering individualized care
- Developing care plans
- Responding to emergencies
- Administering medications and IV therapy
- Educating patients and families
- Collaborating with healthcare teams
- Maintaining safety and infection control standards
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in similar settings
- Valid Wisconsin RN license
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification needed within 6 months of hire
