Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Coordinate patient assignments and support continuity of care
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to physicians
- Supervise and support healthcare team members during assigned shifts
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment and recovery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow safety standards
- Promote teamwork, communication, and quality patient outcomes
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN License required
- ADN required (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
- Med-Surg experience strongly preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- ACLS required within 90 days of hire

Pay
Pay Range: $32.73 – $49.09/hour
Schedule
Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM 12-Hour Shifts | No On-Call | No Weekend Requirement
