Med Surg ( Registered Nurse )

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Med/Surg bedside nursing care to adult patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and update electronic health records promptly.

Requirements

• Active RN license with Med/Surg certification or equivalent.
• Proven bedside Med/Surg nursing with adult patient care experience.
• Medication administration per protocol with safety standards.
• Ability to triage, prioritize, and respond to changing patient needs.
• Commitment to safety, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in EHR documentation and patient data entry.
• Strong collaboration with physicians and care teams for care plans.
• Capability to support discharge planning and care transitions.
