Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will assess patients, perform skilled procedures, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities

- Make critical assessments and perform skilled procedures
- Meticulously implement patient care plans
- Collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team
- Contribute to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to department and hospital policies and procedures
- Administer, oversee, and document medication administration
- Absorb and apply trends, developments, and regulatory requirements
- Assess patient needs and gather relevant data
- Implement appropriate patient interventions and evaluate outcomes
- Plan care based on identified needs
- Provide holistic, comprehensive, and professional nursing care
- Prepare patients for discharge and assist with coordinating post-discharge needs
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence
- Work with specific patient populations
- Demonstrate competent professional practice and engage in opportunities for growth
- Document care delivered and patient status according to FHS standards
- Receive and ensure appropriateness, accuracy, timeliness, and execution of physician orders
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse license in WA state
- Basic Life Support - CPR certification
- Bachelor's of Science Nursing preferred
- One year of related work experience in an acute care setting preferred
