Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will assess patients, perform skilled procedures, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to department and hospital policies and procedures
• Administer, oversee, and document medication administration
• Absorb and apply trends, developments, and regulatory requirements
• Assess patient needs and gather relevant data
• Implement appropriate patient interventions and evaluate outcomes
• Plan care based on identified needs
• Provide holistic, comprehensive, and professional nursing care
• Prepare patients for discharge and assist with coordinating post-discharge needs
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence
• Work with specific patient populations
• Demonstrate competent professional practice and engage in opportunities for growth
• Document care delivered and patient status according to FHS standards
• Receive and ensure appropriateness, accuracy, timeliness, and execution of physician orders

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Registered Nurse license in WA state
• Basic Life Support - CPR certification
• Bachelor's of Science Nursing preferred
• One year of related work experience in an acute care setting preferred
