Responsibilities
Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the Nursing Assistant provides support to the patient by assisting with:
- Basic care for daily living including bathroom assistance, bathing, and maintaining hygiene
- Changing bedding, turning, and repositioning
- Assisting in ambulation
- Serving and assisting with meals
- Obtaining vital signs
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
