About the role

The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning and providing patient care for assigned patients in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care as set forth in the Nursing Department's Clinical Practice Manual. They demonstrate initiative, knowledge, and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs and assume full responsibility for the assessment, plan, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

  • Practice Patient and Family Centered Care Model
  • Adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Massachusetts Registered Nurse License
  • BLS Certification
  • Adherence to I.C.A.R.E. standards

Nights (8s & 12s), every other weekend, and holidays.
