About the role
Join our Critical Care Step-Down Unit, 7 West, as a Registered Nurse providing specialized care for patients with conditions such as congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA, and sepsis. You will collaborate with PCNAs, Nurse Interns, providers, PT, and OT to deliver comprehensive patient care in a 24-bed unit equipped with advanced technology like telemetry monitoring and virtual whiteboards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PCNAs, Nurse Interns, providers, PT, and OT to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize EKG interpretation, central line care, and bedside procedures.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, delegation, and time management.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- ACLS certification.
Qualifications
- Preferred: BSN degree.
