Med/Surg Clinical Nurse - Full-Time Nights

Role Overview

Provides direct patient care in a 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.

Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and document individualized care plans, ensuring clear communication across care settings.

Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.

Maintains safety and regulatory compliance, participating in professional development.

Requirements

Requires a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree, RN license, and no prior experience.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than two years of experience.
