Role: Provides direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in Med Surg / Telemetry units, focusing on adult medical, surgical, and cardiac patients. Responsibilities: Develops and implements individualized care plans, assesses physical and psychosocial needs, educates patients and families, and promotes safety and quality compliance. Communicates effectively across care teams and ensures patient-centered care in a healing environment. Qualifications & Skills: Holds an RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; a Bachelor's degree and telemetry experience are preferred. No prior experience required.
