What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care while coordinating across the care continuum.
- Clinical Care & Decision Making:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Develop culturally competent plans of care based on patient needs
- Provide age-appropriate and evidence-based nursing interventions
- Continuously evaluate and adjust care plans
- Patient & Family Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with patients and families
- Educate patients on conditions, treatments, and preventative care
- Integrate cultural, spiritual, and personal preferences into care plans
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Support a positive, learning-focused clinical environment
- Act as a role model and resource for peers and team members
- Professional Practice & Growth:
- Apply evidence-based practice and clinical scholarship
- Maintain competency in technical and specialty nursing skills
- Participate in quality improvement and regulatory readiness efforts
- Delegation & Supervision:
- Safely delegate tasks in accordance with MA Nurse Practice Act (244 CMR 3.0)

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Licensure & Certification: Active Massachusetts RN license, BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross), and ACLS
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and technical skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
- Experience: One year of nursing experience within Emergency or Critical Care (preferred)
