What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care while coordinating across the care continuum.

  • Clinical Care & Decision Making:
    • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
    • Develop culturally competent plans of care based on patient needs
    • Provide age-appropriate and evidence-based nursing interventions
    • Continuously evaluate and adjust care plans
  • Patient & Family Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with patients and families
    • Educate patients on conditions, treatments, and preventative care
    • Integrate cultural, spiritual, and personal preferences into care plans
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
    • Support a positive, learning-focused clinical environment
    • Act as a role model and resource for peers and team members
  • Professional Practice & Growth:
    • Apply evidence-based practice and clinical scholarship
    • Maintain competency in technical and specialty nursing skills
    • Participate in quality improvement and regulatory readiness efforts
  • Delegation & Supervision:
    • Safely delegate tasks in accordance with MA Nurse Practice Act (244 CMR 3.0)
    • Maintain accountability for patient outcomes and delegated tasks

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Licensure & Certification: Active Massachusetts RN license, BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross), and ACLS

Skills

  • Strong clinical judgment and technical skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
  • Experience: One year of nursing experience within Emergency or Critical Care (preferred)

Benefits

  • Pay Range: $37.00 – $95.37
