Med/Ped Physician

We are seeking a full-time MED-PED physician to join a concierge-like primary care program focused on access, prevention, and coordinated care for employees and dependents. In this role, you will provide outpatient primary and episodic care within an interdisciplinary team environment, emphasizing population health, lifestyle medicine, and value-based delivery. Collaboration across over 200 specialties is facilitated through streamlined referral processes, supported by advanced technology and efficient workflows. Qualifications include board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine/Pediatrics with 3–5 years post-residency experience; concierge or value-based care experience is preferred. Key responsibilities involve developing and practicing in a program that enhances care access and quality, contributing to a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement. Compensation includes a base salary of $285,000, $15,000 relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, 216 hours PTO, and future incentive potential.
