Med Care Manager

Role: Medication Aide / Med Tech responsible for administering medications and treatments to residents in a senior living environment. Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders.Adhere to the Six Rights of Medication Administration.Document medication administration in MAR/TAR in real-time.Monitor residents during and after medication passes, observing for health changes.Report refusals, concerns, and medication-related issues promptly.Complete narcotic counts and maintain organized medication carts and rooms.Follow infection control and safety standards to ensure resident safety. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED; age 18+.Medication Administration certification, CPR, and First Aid certification.Strong documentation and communication skills.Experience in senior care preferred. This role plays a vital part in safeguarding resident health, preventing medication errors, and ensuring regulatory compliance through meticulous attention to detail.
