Job Functions
- Embrace, enforce, and live a superior safety culture
- Conduct weekly toolbox talks with installation resources on site
- Complete Job-Hazard-Analyses daily
- Lead small team of 3-5 mechanical installers & laborers to self-execute mechanical scopes of work
- Receive, unload, inventory, and QC project componentry & materials supplied by the project team
- Provide regular progress reports to leadership and project team
- Adhere to all federal, local, and customer regulations, standards, & specifications
- Manage subcontractors from both electrical & mechanical scopes of work for FORTNA projects that are opted to outsource install
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of material handling systems installation experience
- 5-7 years of experience leading small installation teams
- High School Diploma
- Proficient at reading & comprehending mechanical construction drawings
- Self-Motivated, Detail Oriented, & Results Focused
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 30 Certified
- Experience with managing subcontractors
Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
