Mechanical Superintendent - Water Infrastructure

Responsibilities
- Supervise the mechanical scope of construction for plant projects, including piping, equipment installation, valves, pumps, and more
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and per plans/specs
- Manage daily crew activities, reports, quality control, safety, and schedules
- Support field-level problem solving and collaborate with procurement and vendors for timely material delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman on water/wastewater treatment plant construction
- Strong mechanical background (pumps, process piping, valves, treatment equipment)
- Able to read mechanical drawings, specifications, and submittals
- Proficient with safety standards and field documentation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Willingness to travel or relocate to West Texas for the duration of the project
Qualifications
Base Salary from $130k-175K/yr. based on experience
