About the role

Founded in 1986, we are a leading Arizona mechanical contractor with approximately 200 employees specializing in HVAC, piping, plumbing, electrical, fabrication, service, and construction solutions for commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, and mission-critical clients. We are seeking an experienced Pipefitting Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple mechanical construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pipefitting foremen and field crews across multiple commercial mechanical construction projects
  • Manage manpower planning, scheduling, productivity, and daily field operations
  • Partner with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with project objectives
  • Review drawings, specifications, and field requirements to ensure successful execution
  • Maintain quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to applicable codes and standards
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams while resolving field issues proactively

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial pipefitting or mechanical construction experience
  • 3+ years in a Superintendent, General Foreman, or field leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of commercial piping systems, mechanical construction methods, and blueprint reading
  • Experience managing multiple crews, schedules, manpower planning, and project execution
  • Promised ability to monitor labor productivity, job costs, safety, and quality standards
  • Trade certification or Journeyman-level pipefitting experience preferred

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a background check

$140,000 - $160,000 + 10-15% Bonus
