Mechanical Solar Installer

About the role

Garber Electrical Contractors is an innovative leader in electrical and building technology throughout the communities we serve. We inspire our people to provide enjoyable customer solutions with confidence and reliability. The Mission As a Mechanical Solar Installer, you’ll help bring clean power to life by supporting the installation of solar panels, racking, and related hardware to match project specs, company standards, and safety expectations. Your day as a Solar Installer starts with a quick huddle to align on the plan, then you’re on the move—loading up, rolling to the site, and getting set for a fast, focused build. You’ll spend the morning checking layout marks, staging materials, and keeping the work area organized so the crew stays in rhythm. Midday brings steady momentum: coordinating handoffs, keeping tools ready, and staying locked in on clean, precise progress as conditions shift.
