Mechanical Senior Project Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prioritize in a fast-paced multi-task environment.
• Manage project financial outcomes, projections, and reporting.
• Procure materials and equipment.
• Manage change orders and owner/client relations.
• Coordinate project cash flow and personnel management.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Demonstrated ability to perform business mathematical functions.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Effectively manage time and details.
• Interpret a variety of instructions.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, plans, and programs.
