About the role
Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and improvement of district utilities systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and upgrade existing utility infrastructure
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for project execution
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of utility systems
- Develop and implement strategies for system optimization and cost reduction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in utility engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of utility systems and operations
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with asset management software
