Mechanical Repair Assembly Line/Entry Level

Responsibilities

  • Lift assemblies of up to 50 lbs.
  • Adapt to changing delivery schedules and demands for emergent repairs.
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team of technicians, inspectors, and leadership.
  • Perform non-technical functions as directed by supervision (e.g., housekeeping, counting inventory, audit support).
  • Support the implementation of LEAN, 5S, Six Sigma, Quality Assurance, and ISO initiatives.
  • Wear properly assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Job requirements

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand English
  • Knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical principles
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work documents
  • Willingness to follow supervisor's direction
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools
  • Previous experience in LEAN principles is desired
