Competencies
- Experience with BIM360, Procore, or other project management software a plus
- Experience with document storage systems, Bluebeam, Adobe
- Able to read drawings and develop/implement inspection templates
- Experience in Solar - Pile, Racking, and Module Installation
- Good written and verbal communication
- Open-minded and positive attitude
- Coach approach, be willing to teach and be taught
Education/Experience
- Highschool Diploma / 3-4 years QA/QC experience in construction
- Basic understanding of lean construction and principles of risk management
- Basic understanding of quality management systems
- OSHA 10/OSHA 30 a plus
