Johnson Controls is seeking a Mechanical Project Team Leader to drive the execution and performance of retrofit projects while supporting customers, project teams, and sales efforts. In this role, you will help deliver mechanical work with a strong focus on safety, financial performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day coordination and overall control of mechanical retrofit projects, working under general supervision and following Johnson Controls standard practices.
- Plan, execute, and control assigned mechanical retrofit projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate the daily activities of Mechanics and subcontractors to support productive field execution.
- Secure new work and change orders from the existing customer base and support value-added scope opportunities.
- Prepare mechanical estimates, review estimates, and present proposals to customers.
- Serve as a technical resource for Sales and support project development and pre-bid reviews.
