About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Mechanical Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role in managing complex mechanical construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the project, from initial design and planning to final installation and commissioning, and will be a key player in the delivery of high-quality mechanical systems for a diverse range of construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of mechanical construction projects, including design, planning, installation, and commissioning.
- Manage and lead project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Liaise effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction and safety regulations.
- Utilize project management software and tools to track progress and resolve challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience with HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with construction and safety regulations.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
Pay
$100,000 - $125,000 per year.
