Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design projects from concept to completion.
- Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality).
- Perform design reviews, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Drive continuous improvement in product performance and cost.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of mechanical/product design experience.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Proven track record managing full product development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
