Mechanical/Piping Estimating Manager - Power
under Benefits heading? Yes. We need to keep Working Environment details: list of requirements: Valid and unrestricted drivers license required, Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds, May require periods of overnight travel, Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs, Normal office environment, but may be exposed to extreme conditions (hot or cold), Frequent activity: Sitting, Viewing Computer Screen, Occasional activity: Standing, Walking, Bending, Climbing, Reaching above Shoulder, Pushing, Pulling. We need to keep Education, Experience, Certifications. We need to keep Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (long list). We'll keep as
- items.
We need to keep Fiscal Responsibility and Influencing Others sections.
We need to keep Role Summary paragraph.
We need to keep intro paragraph? The intro about JE Dunn's mission etc. It's substantive? It's about company culture. Probably keep as
under maybe "About the role"? But we shouldn't repeat job title as heading. Could have an
About the role? The instruction: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role heading for introductory summary. Then Responsibilities heading for responsibilities. Then Requirements/Qualifications/Skills etc. We need to decide mapping: The posting has Role Summary, Key Role Responsibilities (core and additional), Fiscal Responsibility, Influencing Others, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities, Education, Experience, Certifications, Working Environment, Benefits. We can map: - About the role: includes intro paragraph and Role Summary. - Responsibilities: combine Key Role Responsibilities (core and additional) plus Fiscal Responsibility? Fiscal Responsibility maybe part of Responsibilities? Could be separate section but we have limited headings. Could make separate sections: Responsibilities, Fiscal Responsibility, Influencing Others, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities, Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications), Working Environment, Benefits. But we should avoid too many thin sections; but we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. All these have content. We'll produce:
About the role
Intro paragraph + Role Summary.
Responsibilities
- ... combine all responsibility bullet points.
- under Responsibilities.
We need to include Fiscal Responsibility and Influencing Others as part of Responsibilities? Could be separate headings but we have limited list; but we could still add
Fiscal Responsibility
andInfluencing Others
as they are specific sections. The instruction says usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive; we can use other headings as needed? It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those headings only. But we can still use other headings if needed? Safer to stick to those headings. So we need to map content to those headings. Thus we need to fit all content into those headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have no Pay or Schedule, so omit those. We need to distribute: - About the role: intro + Role Summary. - Responsibilities: Key Role Responsibilities (core and additional) + Fiscal Responsibility + Influencing Others? Possibly. - Requirements: maybe Education + Experience + Certifications? Or Requirements could be Education, Experience, Certifications. - Qualifications: maybe Knowledge, Skills & Abilities? Or Skills. - Skills: maybe Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. - Benefits: Benefits Information. - Working Environment: maybe under Requirements? Could be part of Requirements? Not sure. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can put Working Environment under Requirements as a list. Let's design:
