Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and perform manual tasks according to established procedures.
• Move between Mechanical Operations as needed to meet production needs, work off backlogs, or cover workforce shortages.
• Assist other operators as instructed by the department Team Manager.
• Help troubleshoot or solve problems with experienced operators.
• All tasks performed following operating procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-6 months of experience is required.
• We prefer 2 plus years of manufacturing experience.
• Safety 1st Attitude; Ability to Read, Comprehend and Perform Procedure-Based Work; Mechanical Aptitude;

Pay

The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is $24 per hour.
