COMPENSATION
Hourly wage is set between $20 and $25.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cut and prepare insulation materials using hand tools like knives, saws, scissors, and tape measures
- Fit insulation around pipes, ducts, and other mechanical systems—even around tricky obstructions
- Install, remove, and repair insulation to support temperature control and noise reduction in commercial spaces
- Follow safety protocols and help maintain a safe work environment by supporting our strong safety culture
SCHEDULE
Monday - Thursday, 6 a.m. - 4 p.m
3 Day Weekend
Overtime on Friday when necessary
