Mechanical HVAC PM

Responsibilities

• Work as a Mechanical PM on commercial, industrial, educational, health care and other projects.
• Manage HVAC, piping, plumbing and temperature control projects.
• Participate in planning, cost development, scheduling and coordination with utilities, communication systems, structures, machines, equipment and processes.
• Collaborate effectively with the project team and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC, Mechanical Piping, and Plumbing Design experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Knowledge of procedures for design and the production of construction documents.
• Experience with mechanical planning, layout, drafting, and detailing (preferred).
• A thorough understanding of AutoCAD and REVIT.

Pay

Salary is based on experience. Range: $115,000 - $135,000.
