Mechanical HVAC Foreman
Power Design is expanding into mechanical work and seeking a Mechanical HVAC Foreman to lead projects in the Phoenix, Arizona area. This role ensures high levels of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while leveraging innovative technologies like company-provided iPads. Relocation assistance is available, and you’ll have access to customized training at our 16,000-square-foot facility in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the project Superintendent and other trades to oversee assigned scope, including management of material and manpower.
- Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
- Utilize technology such as company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on designated scope.
Requirements
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Progressive Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing leadership experience with a passion for technology and a desire for a clear career path.
- At least five years of experience as a skilled field supervisor managing scope and multimillion-dollar projects.
- Active journeyman or master license preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of IECC, ICC, and ASHRAE Standards; local codes; and construction safety requirements.
- Basic computer and writing skills.
