Requirements
- Salary between $74,880k to $79,040k depending on experience.
- Paid Holidays, PTO accruals at 30 days.
- Overtime opportunities when available
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Industrial Mechanical Foreman and a strong understanding of Industrial Mechanical Systems
- Ability to layout and run crews on various tasks of the project
- Good communication skills. Ability to mentor Journeymen, and Apprentices
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints and assist with planning of work, and material ordering
- Working knowledge of Procore
