Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, solutions-focused, and productive attitude in support of plant goals for reliability, safety, integrity, quality, and overall performance.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to assemble mechanical components using hand tools, torque wrenches, and other equipment.
- Utilize forklifts, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment to transport components within the facility.
- Perform mechanical troubleshooting to identify and address issues during assembly and ensure proper documentation of corrective actions.
- Collaborate with team members to solve production challenges and meet daily targets.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks and support engineering or electrical teams when needed.
- Maintain accurate production records, including parts assembled and quantities completed.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, Ability to work effectively in a team environment, Prior experience using hand tools and operating forklifts, Strong understanding of mechanical systems and safe work practices.
