How You'll Drive Impact

• Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and improve existing systems
• Lead technical projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Contribute to the design and testing of new products, providing technical guidance and support

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in medical device or robotics industries
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineers
• Experience with product development lifecycle, including design, prototyping, and testing
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Skills

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Experience with mechanical design and analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS, FEA)
• Knowledge of medical device regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, FDA)
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers
