About the internship
This position is a paid internship that is expected to start January/February 2027 and continue through April/May 2027. The duration will be 12 weeks, full time and on-site. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in a full-time academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for our Early Career opportunities.

What You’ll Do
- Work on industry-related engineering projects
- Gain valuable exposure to real-world product design and release processes
- Learn from experienced mechanical and platform engineers
- Gain exposure to advanced semiconductor platforms and technologies
- Support real design and release activities used in production tools
- Build connections across engineering, manufacturing, and lab teams
- Apply classroom fundamentals to real engineering problems in a product environment
What You’ll Bring
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong interest in mechanical design and product development
- Foundational understanding of mechanical engineering concepts
- Experience with or exposure to CAD tools
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a collaborative engineering environment
