About the role
Join Garver's Water Design Center (WDC) in Fayetteville, AR as a Mechanical Engineering Intern. This is an opportunity for an ambitious engineering student to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and professional environment, working alongside a close-knit team of water treatment facility planning and design experts. You'll contribute to innovative solutions addressing pressing water needs in communities across the region.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the design of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
- Develop and interpret facility heat load models.
- Interpret relevant codes for use with design and calculations.

Requirements
- Pursuing a mechanical engineering degree at an ABET-accredited program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work Environment
This is an in-office position, with duties generally performed in an office setting. Occasional travel to offsite locations for work-related tasks or meetings may be required.
