Mechanical Engineer (Tank & Piping)

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer (Tank & Piping) with a proven background in Tank and Piping Design. You will prepare and issue design packages, specifications, drawings, test plans, calculations, reports, and quality classification forms for systems such as:

• Nitrogen Handling System
• Chemical Reagent System
• Building HVAC System
• Radiological HVAC System

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue design packages, specifications, drawings, test plans, calculations, reports, and quality classification forms for tank and piping systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with specific experience in tank and piping design strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of ASME B31.3 Process Piping Code and ASME Tank design.
• Experience with AutoCAD Plant 3-D, SolidWorks, AutoPipe.
• Experience with fire protection including NFPA 801 is a plus.
