Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for sustainable energy projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Lead project teams and mentor junior staff
  • Present project findings and recommendations to senior management and clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, environmental science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in energy sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of energy sector regulations and best practices
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
  • Understanding of renewable energy technologies and their integration into existing systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
